I'm in charge of getting the field ready for the crops. That includes Spring prep like discing, tilling and laying row covers. I also handle getting the field ready for winter which includes pulling out plants, cover cropping and fence maintenance.
Jen VanDewater
Growing fresh food is a real passion of mine! I'm in charge of ordering and planting seeds, transplanting seedlings to the field, weeding (and more weeding) and harvesting! I stock the farm stand weekly, usually starting in late June through October.
