Spring in the Northeast brings ideal temps to grow a variety of greens and spices. I made the mistake of planting a small spearmint plant in my perennial garden and well...it's a small plant no longer. I know, rookie gardening mistake. But, as the saying goes, 'when life gives you spearmint, make recipes with spearmint.' So, my gift to you, Mint/Coriander Chutney served with warm Pappadum. If you've ever had Indian cuisine, Mint/Coriander Chutney is probably familiar to you. Lots of flavor and a kick to boot!!
