Banana Pepper Bliss!

We're heading full throttle into pepper season so time to get your recipes in-line so you can make the most of these fresh beauties. Plants do have a tendency to cross pollinate with other vegetables around them. Our banana peppers tend to be light on the 'heat' due to the way we plant them. Instead of planting next to our toxic hot jalapenos, we instead plant them next to the sweet green bell peppers. Soil conditions will also impact the level of heat in your peppers. The dryer the soil, the hotter your peppers. Check out some of these great recipes for your Banana beauties!!
