Share Week 9: Fresh List

As we say good bye to our summer squash crops we also get to say hello to our winter squash varieties. This year, we planted a range of different winter squash types, each with its own unique flavor and texture. Acorn, buttercup, delicata, spaghetti, butternut--all delicious flavors for Fall!!
