We're heading into the peak harvest season and that means no shortage of delicious fresh veggies!! This week we have lots of newcomers for you to enjoy. From our friends at Freiert Farms we have purple eggplant, Lebanese squash (light green), garlic. From SLF we have summer squash including, green zucchini, Yellow straightneck squash and white scallop squash. Peppers are also hitting peak harvest as well...this week's share includes cubanelle pepper (lime green), jalapeno (very HOT), Sweet banana pepper (Light yellow) and hot Hungarian wax pepper (light yellow), green bell pepper and purple bell pepper. Cucumbers are also in full harvest...this week you have Marketmore, Japanese Long and Tendergreen Burpless cucumbers!!
