Please Turn the Faucet Off!

We're a third of the way through the 2017 farm share and we're getting ready to put our late season plants in the ground. Cucumbers are on their way out and will make room for Swiss Chard and maybe a few other fall treats. We've been working double duty staking tomato and pepper plants. Mature plants, weighted down with vegetables, have a difficult time standing tall in the overly wet soils we've had lately. Tomatoes should be turning in the next week or so and the winter squash is looking good for September!!
